There is a short walk inside the coffee plantation where you fill your mind with knowledge and you can ask everything about the coffee process, from the plantation to its cup of coffee, how the roasting processes are carried out, to the cupping of coffee.
We offer tours every day of the week,
Monday Sunday. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

El Trapiche Tour
A Natural Sugar, Coffee and Cocoa Experience
Come visit El Trapiche Tour, a Costa Rican family business where you can enjoy a 1 and a half hour tour. The tour begins with a short walk through the farm where you can glimpse plantations such as sugar cane, coffee, cocoa and more. Enjoy the entire coffee process, the artisanal cocoa process and the traditional sugar cane process and experience the process of making the traditional sugar cane candy, to finish delighting with an aromatic cup of coffee from our farm and a traditional dish of arracache picadillo. You also have free tastings on your tour!
Chocolate Tour Café Caburé
During the tour we demonstrated the chocolate making process, starting with the cocoa bean and ending with the production of hand-dipped truffles. The tours are in English and take place every day of the week, at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., except on Tuesdays when we are closed.
A cocoa pod
We begin the tour by exhibiting the fruit of the cocoa tree, which we affectionately call "Vaina de Cacao". Inside the pod are between 35 and 50 seeds, each surrounded by sweet white fruit pulp.
